Gunther saw the need for a smaller, more personalized option for people who needed Mercedes service and repair. Meticulous in nature, Gunther had more to offer customers than what he could provide at the dealership. He prides himself in knowing and paying attention to the details . . . the clues your vehicle provides that can lead a technician to the root of the problem very quickly.

Kenneth is a Master Trained Technician with over 25 years experience. Impressed by the unparalled level of skill and customer service he joined Star Motors, Inc. in 2003 and hasn't looked back. He has a passion for what he does and it is evident throughout the shop.
Technicians - Our technicians are top quality. Just having the technical knowledge does not qualify them to be a part of our team. They have to show care to the customer, to the vehicle and to the shop. They have to be able to think through the next step and know how to respond. If the vehicle has a symptom they must be able to diagnose the problem. No matter what the resume, new technicians are under careful scrutiny until it is evident that they can do the job and do it well.
